About Dun & Bradstreet Top 1000 Elite SME Award

Since 2014, D&B has used its advantages in grasping the world's largest commercial database and compared it with the national SME export data, including financial stress index, payment index, purchasing power index, export growth rate and export grade. The top 1000 and most competitive of export were selected among more than one million SMEs in the country. And the export value contributed by these 1000 SMEs accounted for 10% of Taiwan’s total exports in 2013. The outstanding and stable performance exceled the large-scale enterprises, called Taiwan's implicit champions.

The US business D&B presented the first "D&B Top 1000 Elite SME Award in 2014 in recognition of the small and medium-sized enterprises that lead Taiwan's export performance, respond to the government's promotion of Taiwan's trade exports, and encourage other SMEs through continuous effort to help Taiwan find its way into the global market.
